2. What is your best price?
Price depends on material, quantity, design, and printing or embroidery. We can provide the best prices while maintaining the highest quality once we receive exact details.
4. Can you provide design assistance?
Yes, we can provide design assistance. We can offer advice and share reference items, and we can also develop designs specifically for you upon request. Additionally, we are happy to work with your own samples, designs, sketches, or pictures.
6. Can you produce the color we require?
Absolutely, you can choose the color you need by providing us with the PMS color number. For small orders, we can provide a fabric color card for your selection. For larger quantities, we can custom make the fabric to match the Pantone color of your choice.
7. Is it possible to have custom samples made according to my specifications?
We offer the option to provide a reference sample upon receipt of a deposit into the buyer’s account. We also support sampling based on your or your client’s own design. After receiving approval on the design, material, and printing method, we will produce the samples and send a photo for your review. Once the sample is approved by you, we will send it to you to check all the details. Our typical sample production time is 7-10 days.
8. What about the MOQ?
Our MOQ is 3000 pcs per design for full sublimation products according to your artwork and size chart. We are open to small orders for your new business if it is possible for us. Many new brands choose to work with us in the beginning and we are very happy to help and watch them grow.
9. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Ensuring high quality is our top priority. We implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the entire production process, beginning from the initial stages to the final product. Our factories are SGS authenticated, which is a testament to our commitment to quality.
10. What method of shipping do you use to send the goods?
Shipping method and options depend on the customer’s specific requirements and order quantity. Typically, orders are shipped in cartons by boat via our shipping agent, allowing delivery to seaports worldwide. However, we also offer alternative shipping options, such as air freight or delivery via FedEx, upon request. Please let us know your preferred shipping method and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
11. What are your terms of payment?
We offer the following payment options:
- PayPal: This payment method is only accepted for sample orders.
- T/T: For orders, we require a 30% deposit. Upon approval of PP Samples, 40% of the remaining balance is due, and the final 30% is due prior to delivery. Before paying the final balance, we will provide photos of the products and packaging for your approval.
12. What is your estimated delivery time for orders?
Our delivery timeline typically ranges from 14 to 45 working days after receiving your advance payment. However, the specific delivery time may vary based on the items ordered and the quantity of the order. We will provide you with a more accurate estimated delivery time upon receiving your order details.
